NAPA’s Diamond Achievement Award is the mark of excellence in asphalt plant/site operations. The award is designed to recognize and encourage responsible asphalt plant practices. Since the program’s inception in 1999, it has gained recognition across the country as the gold standard for asphalt plants. The Diamond Achievement Award is based on exemplary performance across six separate categories of plant and site operations: *Appearance, Operations, Environmental Practices, Safety, Permitting & Regulatory Compliance,* and *Community Relations*
