We are excited to announce the reopening of the Cadillac Asphalt Dix-Detroit Plant, following a complete
rebuild of the facility. The rebuilt plant officially opened on June 9, 2025, and features modern
infrastructure and advanced technology to better serve our customers, improve operational
efficiency, and strengthen our safety standards. We thank Cadillac team members Dave Gaedcke,
Aaron Roll, Nelson Boatright, and Jacob Collert, whose hard wok played a significant role in the
plant’s rebuild.
